안녕하세요

안캠코더 녹음을 할때 질문사항이 있어 연락드립니다.

마이크의 소리를 최대로 올리고 녹음에 관한 옵션은 전부 최대로 했는데

녹음 된 소리를 들어보면 작게 들립니다. 그나마 제가 말하는건 제가 크게 얘기해서

말하여 어느정도 극복은 되는데 동영상이라든지 프로그램의 음성파일 재생시에 나는

소리는 제가 녹음하는 목소리보다 훨씬 작게 들립니다. 그래서 제 컴퓨터 스피커를 최대로

해도 굉장히 작게 들리는 정도 입니다.

혹시 뭐가 잘 못되어 있는건지요.

그리고 Full Screen 녹화하게 하는 방법은 없는지요? 한번에 클릭해서 풀스크린 촬영할 수 있음

좋겠는데요 제가 방법을 모르는건지 안캠코터 프레임을 수동으로 조작해서 풀스크린으로 해보려고

해봤지만 안되네요 ㅡㅜ 바쁘시겠지만 답변 부탁드리겠습니다, 좋은 프로그램 감사합니다.

안녕하십니까 고객센타 입니다. 제어판의 재생컨트롤 (시작바에서 스피커 모양의 아이콘에 있는 메뉴중 재생컨트롤)창을 열어보시면 볼륨믹서 가 있습니다. 해당 믹서에서 시스템 불륨값이 낮게 설정되었을 경우 소리가 낮게 나오는것을 확인하였습니다. 해당 시스템 사운드를 올려신 다음에 녹화를 해보시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다.
